create a file that cannot be deleted......

Hi, when i was talking to one of my close frnd I came to know about how to write a file that cannot be deleted and read..
I thought that i must share it with you all.
>open cmd from run.
>type the following in the dos,
notepad nitish : rahul

Actually this create a file named nitish with the password rahul.
To read this file again, type same i.e 'notepad nitish : rahul' , take care of the spaces.

One very important thing that this file cannot be deleted and cannot be read if you forget your key.
I m still finding a way to how to delete such files...
